LIFY+ is dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendliness. They have introduced power banks that are designed with energy efficiency in mind and contribute to the reduction of electronic waste by promoting the shared use of charging devices. With a vast network of strategically located LIFY+ Stations, they are committed to making charging solutions accessible, convenient, and hassle-free for everyone, regardless of their location or time constraints. Our team was assigned with the task of designing and developing the app and the website of LIFY+. We came up with a user-friendly mobile app that enables seamless access to the shared network of power banks around the user’s location, with a swift rental process that takes less than 5 seconds. The client already had an existing app which we used as a reference point but it was a big challenge to analyze the existing app and recreate the user flow according to the client’s requirements. We designed both the light and dark theme variations of the app whereas the client preferred the dark them mode which we developed within the given timeline despite the many challenges we faced.
