With the pandemic and emphasis on infection control, there was a sudden shift amongst Sri Lankan healthcare workers to wear healthcare apparel (Scrubs) to work as opposed to regular formal work wear. This was not just more practical in comparison to wearing ties and sarees in busy hospitals/clinic settings, but was also immensely more comfortable for healthcare workers and made them more presentable to their patients.

Scrub’d by Bernards brings to high-quality healthcare apparel to its target audience, that is both comfortable and functional, at an affordable price. These Scrubs are manufactured and designed in Sri Lanka for healthcare workers around the world.

Our task was to design and develop the website, including backend functionality to update and maintain their products. The main challenge here was to come up with a unique look and feel that doesnt harm the user flow. By taking these challenges into account, we came up with a UI that exceeded our client’s expectations as well.
