MarxPay is a Payments, loyalty and rewards platform to engage and build deeper relationships with customers with a seamless omnichannel customer experience. Customers can recharge, pay bills, pay at the store, send & receive money, earn redeem points, receive special offers and do a lot more as well.

Most merchants who are the lifeblood of any economy do not have the visibility of their customers and have the technology to retain & engage with them, eventually losing their favour to larger merchants. In aligning with the government’s vision of a digital payment’s economy; the Marx Payments & Loyalty platform will be a game-changer where for the first-time merchants can now benefit from the platform to run their own loyalty program and give them the cutting-edge technology to be ahead of the competition.

The task for this project was to design and develop MarxPay’s website that gives priority to both customers and merchants. The design was created by aligning the look and feel with the brand to give a whole new experience for its users. One of the main challenges that was faced was to ensure that the website is visually appealing but does not interfere with UX. Within the span of 2 months we managed to come up with a unique design that the client loved.
